Staffing of our sixteen Twin State, Inc retail distribution locations includes a manager, sales and application personnel, and an office assistant(s). The number of sales, application and maintenance personnel depends on the tonnage size of the location. Often, the same person does both sales and application since many growers make their decisions based on the trust in recommendations and accuracy and timing of application. Included in our customer service is post-application scouting to monitor the success of the program and weed control.
Twin State, Inc continues to add retail locations as well as staff to existing locations as our size expands. Our management teams are committed to the future and our focus is on market share growth. The key to that growth is the hiring and retention of quality staff.
